About
The villa was completed in 2024 on a plot in Les Allées du Golf, inside the Mont Choisy golf estate. It was designed as a family house, with the basement built for evenings together, and is rented to guests when the family is away.
We wanted a house that works on one level, where every bedroom has its own bathroom and its own bit of garden, and where the evening happens downstairs: a cinema, a bar, a billiard table, a wall of books. The architects drew it in 2024, the build finished the same year.
The materials come from the island as much as possible: volcanic stone on the entrance walls and in the master bathroom, Indian slate on the roofs, marble in the pool. The slat walls and the black carpentry are the thread that runs through the house.
We live in Mauritius and look after the villa ourselves, with a local team for housekeeping, the pool and the garden. We are a message away during your stay.
