Rates and availability
The villa is rented as a whole, for up to eight guests, with a minimum stay of five nights (seven in peak season). Rates below are per night for the whole house and include housekeeping, pool and garden maintenance, water, electricity, wifi and welcome groceries. Booking direct means no platform commission.

Terms
- 30% deposit to confirm, balance 60 days before arrival
- Security deposit of 2,000 € refundable after departure
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am
- No parties or events, no smoking inside
- Maximum 8 guests, children welcome
