House rules

A few rules so that the house stays as you found it and the neighbours stay friendly.

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out on request, subject to availability.
Maximum 8 guests. Visitors during the day are welcome; overnight guests must be declared.
No parties, events or loud music after 10 pm. The estate is residential.
No smoking inside the house. Ashtrays are provided on the alfresco.
Children must be supervised around the pool at all times.
No glass by the pool. Plastic glasses are in the bar.
Pets are not accepted.
Please switch off the air conditioning when windows are open and when you go out.
A security deposit of 2,000 € is held and refunded within seven days after departure, minus any damage.
