Cinema, games room and bar in detail
A staircase from the living room leads to the basement. The games room is 33 m² with a black bar lit in purple, four stools, a hanging bottle rack, a billiard table under three LED rings, a black leather sofa, round oak tables and a full wall of backlit shelves with books, board games and figurines. A glass partition looks into the wine cellar.
The cinema has black walls, thick black carpet, a screen about three metres wide, a laser projector, a soundbar and two rows of grey corduroy sofas with cushions. Door closed, the room is completely dark at noon.
The wine cellar has dark wood racks with a strip of light on every shelf, two oak barrels as tables and, in its north wall, a porthole into the deep end of the pool: from the cellar you watch the swimmers. The gym is next door with a treadmill, a bike and weights. A laundry with washing machine and dryer completes the level.

- Yes. The projector is connected to the internet with Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube, and you can plug in a laptop or a console.
- Is the gym equipped?
- The gym has a treadmill, an exercise bike, dumbbells and a bench. Mont Choisy Le Golf also has a wellness centre a few minutes away.
